The Easton Baking Company has been operating from the same shop on North 7th street in the West Ward since 1922.  In 1973, George and Bessie Mosellie bought the bakery and with the help of their family, turned it into a staple of Lehigh Valley life.  We are excited and humbled to be the next caretakers of this proud Easton tradition, and we look forward to providing you, our customers, with all of your Easton Baking favorites made and delivered to the highest standards of quality and  service.
